Junior families were invited to join their child for an afternoon celebration last week. Classroom teachers worked with families to plan games, crafts, and activities for each room. Not only were students celebrating the Easter holiday, but they were kicking off the last 6 weeks of school. Staff and families are working hard to help their children meet their academic goals to finish with a strong school year.
The staff used the parent involvement survey results to send out messages to parents about their school celebration before spring break. It was a very successful afternoon for JES. There were 77 family members who were able to join us for the afternoon celebration. Junior encourages families to get involved in PTO and "Kid Reach Family Circles" monthly so the school can work together to meet every child's needs.
